3. Workspace Visibility and Responsibilities

Information in a Workspace may be visible to its owner, authorized administrators, teachers, and students according to their roles. For example, authorized members may access profiles, course or class records, attendance, assignments, progress, messages, files, and payment status where needed to operate the teaching relationship.

A Workspace owner or administrator is responsible for having the authority and any notice or consent required by applicable law before inviting a person, entering personal information, or managing learning records. If you authorize calendar, meeting, map, or other connected features, we process the data and permissions needed to provide that feature. 9. Children and Minors

The Services may be used for learning by children. A person who creates an account for, invites, enrolls, or provides information about a minor must have the legal authority and any consent required by applicable law. Workspaces and independent teachers must limit access to a minor's information to authorized teaching, administration, safety, support, and legal purposes.

10. Your Choices and Rights

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data; object to or restrict certain processing; withdraw consent where processing is based on consent; request a portable copy where applicable; or complain to a data-protection authority.
