Refund Policy

I. Refund Conditions


1. If an instructor is unable to provide scheduled classes due to personal reasons (such as illness, leave, or withdrawal from the platform), users are eligible for a full refund.

2. Users who request a refund 24 hours or more before the scheduled course start time will receive a full refund.

3. If a refund request is made less than 24 hours but more than 2 hours before the scheduled course start time, a cancellation fee of 20% will be deducted, and the remaining 80% will be refunded.

4. If a refund request is made less than 2 hours before the scheduled course start time, a cancellation fee of 50% will be deducted, and the remaining 50% will be refunded.

5. After the course has begun, refunds generally will not be provided for user-related issues (such as personal scheduling conflicts, network issues, or equipment failures). However, users can coordinate with the instructor via the platform to reschedule the class.

II. Refund Application Process


1. Users must submit refund requests through the refund application page located within their Munabook account dashboard, clearly stating the reason for the refund.

2. The Munabook customer support team will review refund requests within 3 business days.

3. Upon approval, users will be notified via platform messages and email, and refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business days.

4. If the refund request is not approved, customer support will proactively contact users to provide detailed explanations and discuss alternative solutions.

III. Handling Special Circumstances


1. If classes cannot be conducted normally due to platform technical issues or system failures (such as inability to access the classroom, video lag, or server downtime), Munabook will prioritize rescheduling or arranging makeup sessions. If makeup sessions cannot be arranged, partial or full refunds will be issued based on the actual situation.

2. In cases of force majeure (such as natural disasters, major public events, etc.) preventing normal class operations, Munabook will proactively communicate with users to arrange makeup classes or issue refunds.

IV. Important Notes


1. Once a refund request is submitted, the relevant course will immediately enter a frozen state, during which users cannot schedule or participate in that course.

2. For courses purchased during promotional events or using discount coupons, refunds will be calculated based on the actual amount paid, excluding promotional or discounted amounts.

3. Munabook reserves the right to restrict users' ability to purchase courses or suspend accounts if users repeatedly request refunds without valid reasons or frequently cancel course bookings.
