Quran Academy software FAQ: how the Academy workspace works

Answers for Quran Academy owners about team setup, teaching products, fees, Academy publication and Marketplace review.

Explore the product workflow

Running a Quran Academy means coordinating people and teaching delivery, not simply creating an account. This FAQ explains the boundaries that matter before you bring your team, students and teaching products into Munabook.

Start with the teaching operation you actually run

The Academy workflow is for an owner or manager who coordinates several teachers, students, services or courses. You can begin by creating an Academy workspace, then invite people and prepare the teaching products you intend to offer. Registration is free; the commercial terms shown later depend on the enabled Academy plan.

Keep publication and Marketplace review separate

An Academy can prepare and publish teaching products through its own workspace. Marketplace visibility is a separate review path. It is optional, and submitting for it does not mean automatic approval. Keeping those decisions separate helps an Academy set clear expectations with its teachers and students.

Use this page to make a grounded decision

For the current product flow, plans and next steps, return to the Academy product page. The related guides below go deeper into operations, team coordination, teaching formats and the difference between own-student and Marketplace fees.

Who is the Academy workspace for?

It is for a Quran Academy owner or manager coordinating a teaching team, students, courses, services or bookings under one organization.

Can an Academy invite its own teachers and students?

Yes. The Academy workflow includes inviting and managing teachers and students inside the connected teaching workspace.

What teaching formats can an Academy prepare?

The current workflow supports one-to-one classes, group classes, booking bundles, recorded courses and course bundles.

Do we pay a setup fee to register?

Registration is free and does not charge a setup fee. Fees for paid teaching activity depend on the enabled Academy plan shown on the product page.

What is the difference between own students and Marketplace students?

The current Academy plan catalog can apply different fee terms to paid students you bring and students who come through the Munabook Marketplace. Check the live plan card for the current terms.

Does publishing in our Academy automatically list us in Marketplace?

No. Academy publication and Marketplace visibility are separate. Marketplace visibility follows its own review path and is not guaranteed by Academy publication.

Can we start before every course is ready?

Yes. Create the Academy workspace first, then invite the team and add teaching products as your operation is ready to deliver them.

Is this the right route for a learner looking for one teacher?

No. This route is for organizations operating their own teaching activity. A learner who wants personal tuition should use the tutor search experience instead.
